Tatiana Melniichuk is the founder of THE GOOD COMPANY and Out of the Blue, bringing more than a decade of experience across entrepreneurship, hospitality and destination experiences.
With a background in law, her professional journey has included Orascom Development and work across El Gouna, Montenegro and Greece, shaping an international perspective and a strong understanding of destination-led hospitality and business.
For more than 10 years, she has led Out of the Blue, a yacht charter and concierge company operating across Egypt and Greece, building deep destination expertise and an extensive network of trusted partners.
Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Tatiana continues to engage with international leadership communities, retreats and learning environments, exploring how leadership and business are evolving — from personal development and conscious leadership to the way companies build stronger cultures and teams.
This experience and perspective became the foundation for THE GOOD COMPANY.
